Every package starts with a free consultation — a no-pressure conversation so we can get to know each other and talk about what support looks like for you and your family.

Package #1 — $1,050

A great option for second-time parents or those experienced with newborns.

Package #2 — $1,200

A great option for first-time parents or those who want more support and resources.

• Complimentary consultation

• Unlimited phone and text support

• 2 prenatal meetings to discuss birth preferences, labour positions, and postpartum planning

• Unlimited labour support

• 2 postpartum meetings to check in and follow up

Postpartum Support — $35–$40/hr

Can be added to a birth package or booked on its own.

• Breastfeeding support

• Support with recovery after birth

• Light housekeeping

• Assistance with newborn care

• Light meal preparation

• Baby soothing techniques

• Referrals to local resources

• Overnight support

Please Note

A $250 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of signing to reserve your due date on my calendar. This is deducted from your total. The remaining balance is due by 35 weeks of pregnancy.

Payment is accepted via cash or e-transfer. Installment arrangements are available — just ask.

If your home is more than 25km from my office, a $50 travel fee applies for prenatal visits, labour support, and postpartum appointments.

All services are subject to standard sales tax, which will be reflected on your invoice.
